This dimension is based on the "shapes" easter egg dimension introduced in the 20w14infinite snapshot — where the world is made up of abstract shapes suspended in the void. As it is one of my favourite things from it, I am proposing that it be used as inspiration for a new dimension.
The Geometric Zone dimension would be a post-End dimension, and would be travelled to using materials found in End city chests. The dimension would yield an alternate method of obtaining certain materials, for those willing to brave the significant danger, effort, and expenditure required to traverse it.
A wide variety of blocks would spawn in this dimension, in addition to the preexisting coloured wool, clay, glass, and terracotta. The only blocks that wouldn't spawn would be utility blocks (no crafting table islands) and blocks that aren't naturally obtainable in survival. Block rarity would be based on natural rarity and value. Valuable blocks would be notably rarer, to counterbalance their generation in large clusters. Shapes made up of diamond would be exceptionally rare, and emerald rarer still.
Gathering resources from this dimension would be extremely dangerous and difficult, in spite of a lack of hostile mobs. A single misstep could result in a player falling to their death. In addition, there could be deadly occurrences, such as gale-force winds that threaten to blow unsecured players off of tenuous perches.
