water logged chizzel blocks

So basicly you can watter log stairs right? well... we have some cool stuff! if you get any chizzeld block you can apply water to get a realy cool looking thing! the water would be in the chizzeled parts of the block and would look amazing!!! (dont mind the misspellings) But this wont be a block like lagged stairs. when you mine the stairs you dont get logged stairs, same for the chizzeled blocks.
