Phasing potion

These would be potions that are brewed for travel to the different dimensions without the use of portals. Components would include a drop (void dust) from a mob in the end ("Void" mentioned in one of our other suggestions).

The overworld would need void dust and diamond shards to craft.

The nether would need void dust and nephrite scrap.

The end would need void dust and dragons breath (or some other valuable item)
