Change TNT Recipe

Currently it's incredibly expensive to make TNT in Vanilla Minecraft and it's not worth the hassle.

With this new recipe, TNT will be more usable but still require work to acquire.

3 gunpowder and 3 sticks, this would also make sense visually as the TNT block looks like a bunch of dynamites strapped together.

TNT should be a mid-game to late-game item and this recipe allows for that.

TNT is a very useful block and having it being held down by an expensive recipe means that players either will go about duplicating it or not using it at all.
