Enchantment glow on or off switch

Have an option to turn off or on the enchantment glow in the graphic settings, the netherite armor looks better without the enchantment glow and would like to have an option where you could turn it off or on.

Yes, I also find that having an enchanted shield, which occupies a significant amount of the screen, is pretty distracting/annoying when its glowing/flickering, to the point that I just use an unenchanted shield. Would be really nice to have a static glow toggle for enchanted tools.
