Crimson & Warped Canopy blocks

Currently, the nether wart situation is weird. We can make wart blocks, but not craft them back. We also have warped wart blocks. It is currently very weird and complicated, so here is a solution. Change the names of nether wart blocks and warped wart blocks to crimson canopy and warped canopy. Keep their texture and properties, and remove the wart block crafting recipe. Then, re-add the nether wart block, with the texture from 1.14 and 1.15. The nether wart block won't just be craftable, but uncraftable too! This will solve the wart conundrum without having to add warped wart item or change the huge fungus generation to use a new block.
