Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Golden carrot farming

If you were to break the tall grass in the Nether's warped forests, it would occasionally drop golden carrot seeds. These seeds could only be grown on Nylium. The these seeds could also be obtained by trading with Piglins. It would make sense because of the theme of gold in the Nether that there would be golden plants.
