Ender eagles are flying mobs that appear near end islands. They are neutral unless you are in peaceful mode, and like wolves, all of them nearby will attack if you attack one. They are a very dark greenish-blue color similar to the color of ender pearls, and their eyes glow purple. They have a 70% chance to drop a first ender feather and a 10% chance to drop a second one. Both of these chances can be increased by 2% per looting level. Ender feathers can be used for the same things as normal feathers, and can also be used for levitation potions. Ender eagles can also be tamed. There is a 5% chance of them getting tamed every time you give them a chorus fruit, and a 10% chance of them getting tamed if you give them a popped chorus fruit. Once tamed, you can ride on them, and if you give them a saddle, then you can control them, too. Just keep in mind that although they can normally fly forever, they will get tired after 10 seconds of carrying you, and will have to rest for 10 seconds before they can carry you again. When they are tamed, they can also be fed chorus fruits to heal 1 life and popped chorus fruits to heal 2 life, and if they are already at full health, then giving them a chorus fruit will have a 50% chance of allowing them to breed, or a 100% chance of them being able to breed if you give them a popped chorus fruit instead.
