Potions to Reset Anvil Cost

The anvil costs don't go down, and that is pretty annoying for everyone. How about a potion that resets or halves the anvil XP costs. This potion could be made by putting a Bottle O' Enchanting in a brewing stand with awkward potions. I haven't figured out a name yet, but this could save a lot of XP grinding for everyone. I would imagine there has been times where people went to rename something and it just shows the "Too Expensive!" message. Having these potions will also give another use to an already somewhat useful item. Since the renaming trick doesn't work anymore, there should be at least a way to do something about it.
