Invisible item frames using Arrows

-Shoot a tipped arrow of invisibility on it to turn it invisible 

or

-Put an Invisibility potion in the item frame and then shoot it to "explode" the bottle rendering the frame Invisible

    I think you should just craft it with a potion of invisibility instead of lather to make it invisible. that way it is a end game item
