Lava Pump & Converter

Because of a limited amount of ores in a world, You could maybe add a lava pump and converter. the lava pump would then draw lava from a source. Then, using pipes, it would bring the lava to a converter. This converter would make the lava into ores and/or ingots. This would be a bit overpowered by itself so you should make the lava pump and converter endgame. on top of this, both devices should be powered with a fuel source (maybe coal). This should also be balanced by making rare ores (diamonds, lapis) having a 1/50 chance of being converted from lava. The pipes would have different speeds and different recipes. Should you choose to implement this, please add this into both versions.
