Weirdlands

A strange and small biome with a purple theme to it. it would be a very tiny biome with no spawns there. it would have a chest in a hard to reach place and should introduce a new block.I am totally fine on what the name of the block is and if Weirdlands does not seem like a good name, feel free to change the name. It could have an effect that will make any mob except you, the ender dragon,(maybe the wither feels decay?) this small biome can be generated in any dimension and can be changed to be whatever you like
