Allow us to break ignited TNT in creative mode

It's really annoying when I'm trying to make a TNT launcher in creative mode when it doesn't work and I can't do /kill @e[type=tnt] in time so the whole contraption blows up. This is why I'm suggesting ignited TNT to be breakable in creative mode so that our hard work doesn't go to waste. It wouldn't be breakable in survival though, to keep the challenge.

    Since ignited tnt is an entity, you cannot just break it like a block, however, you could just make backups of your world before using tnt

    I know, I mean you should be able to break it instantly like boats or minecarts.

    Better would just be a gamerule to turn off tnt explosions. Gnembon's carpet mod (for java) already has an option for this, if you want this feature right now.
