The Riptide enchantment works when you stand in a filled cauldron

This would allow players to use Riptide in the nether, since cauldrons can be filled with water in the nether.

    This would also allow for much better looking riptide-elytra launchers!

    Right now, the only good elytra launchers in the nether are ones that use gravity block stacking, either give us that or don't patch them in 1.16. (In Bedrock edition)
