Silk touch should have percents of like the drop rate of the block so anyway heres ideas for drop rate: 1=10% 2=25% 3=50% 4=75% 5=100%. Now to mending (perx stands for per xp point) 1=perx +10 duration 2=perx +25 3=perx +50 4=perx +75 5=full repair.
