Netherrite scraps should fix netherrite items

instead of using one of the rarest minerals (Netherrite) for fixing your tools and armour, Netherrite scraps should fix your items but fix much less.

    I think that this would make maintaining netherrite tools and armor much more balanced. For illustration, I was mining for ancient debris with an enchanted netherrite pickaxe and found roughly nine of them before I needed to go repair the pickaxe. I found that I would have needed three full netherrite ingots, or twelve ancient debris, to get the pickaxe back to normal. This seemed a little extreme to me considering that I only needed one of them to make it in the first place. I think that requiring a netherrite ingot for upgrading a tool makes sense, but it’s simply too expensive to require them for each minor repair.
