Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New chain block should be able to be water-logged

The new chain block is very nice, however i think it should be able to be water-logged for use in underwater builds. Also, this is unrelated but it would be nice if they could be placed sideways.

The water logged chain block could be used under water to create aesthetically pleasing anchors for ships, 'floating' platforms, buoys, or for under water mines. Though the functionality would not change, the visual appeal would drastically improve.
