Piglins dancing to the new Pigstep music disc

Maybe piglins should shake their head a bit when the "Pigstep music disc is played"

    Yeeesss. If parrots can dance piglins can too. This could be used a a distraction to sneakily loot from their bastions, but still difficult bcuz you have to find a disc in a bastion before using it.

    The piglins could have an indicator bar to show their distraction/aggravation level when seeing the player loot or hearing music and seeing other piglins dancing.

    I think if they were to dance they should gather round the jukebox and maybe nod their heads. They should do anything to wild like the parrots as it should just be a way to distract them.

    Making enchanted dispensers so if you have an enchanted bow and you make a dispenser with it the dispenser shoots aroows with all the enchantments

    If this is going to happen, I think Piglins should put their arms outward like a zombie and shake side to side. But to the same bpm (beats per minute) as the music. Hoglins could just bop their head. They seem to be emotionless so it would be as if they only acknowledge the music. With the music going on you could loot but there should be a nerf to this. There should be a widened sight rang that they can't see you looting. Or maybe they do see but it's a prolonged amount of time that they don't attack you. Also with this being implemented, we should add a jukebox to the loot table. Maybe make it a weight of 5? But not too common as it does require a diamond.

    I quite like the idea of piglins bobbing their head up and down when pigstep is played working as a distraction whist you can loot the chests, however I think that there should be a small range perhaps 10 - 15 blocks or so. And I still think that whilst the music is playing you should still have to wear gold armour/have invisibility around them or they will see, and start attacking, you when you walk infront of them.

    That's a cool idea! Maybe when you remove the disk they can get aggravated torwards you either punching you once or just all out attacking.

    Definitely. Piglins already have so much personality, but giving them more is never a bad thing.

    Yes a very good idea when the pigstep music starts nearby the piglings should start noding their heads and nor care about their surroundings so you can walk past them without gold Armour and snatch their chests without them noticing. Plssss

    They should dance similarily in Bedrock, to keep things consistent

    Maybe the way you could get the disc is either traditional methods (creeper killed by skeleton in the nether) or putting down a jukebox and when a piglin notices it the piglin will put in the pigstep disc

    And During This Time They Won't attack you opening chests, or breaking gold, unless you do it really close to them (Like 1-3 blocks away). And if you attack them that piglin will still attack you, but other ones who are dancing will not. So if you hit a piglin and all other piglins are still dancing then the other ones won't attack you.

    This is a great idea! It would be cool if it distracted them from you, but it should only be for a limited time, so that bastions aren't too easy. You'd have to sneak around to steal their stuff, but when they snap out of it, they'd start attacking you. It would be hilarious if it played the disc scratch sound effect and the music stopped when they noticed you!

    how about ALL pig creatures bop their head when pigstep is played. pigs, piglins, hoglins, zombified piglins and zoglins.

    it's something small, but it would a hilarious easter egg.

    They already dance when they kill hoglins in bedrock edition, so I don’t see why not.

    They already dance after killing Hoglins in bedrock. Maybe they could re-use the animation? (They put their arms out to the side and bob their head)

    I think this would be a great Easter egg to have and even as a utility to loot their chests if they decide to let it act as a distraction especially since now Piglins can HEAR you opening chests and breaking gold blocks. This would be a great way to add use to jukeboxes as well as enjoying the music discs! Plus it is always fun to see mobs interact with the environment and dance around.

    Maybe the music could distract the Piglins, allowing you to raid the Bastion chests. That would be really cool.
