Shift Right-Click to turn objects in Item Frames

A lot of people who play Minecraft like to use Item Frames on their chests for easy sorting. However, every once in a while the player may right click on the item frame when trying to open the chest. A "Shift Right-Click" mechanic for turning the object in an item frame would completely get rid of this small inconvenience.

Maybe this should be a client-side option you can enable rather than a default function - it's useful for the scenario you mentioned, but rotating item frames can also be used to control redstone. Having to shift to do that would also be annoying.

A better idea may be to add a way for a player to lock the orientation of an item frame in survival mode, and allowing the player to open a chest "through" a locked item frame.
