Extinguishing torches manually (without breaking it) and reigniting them

Hello! My idea is to be able to manually extinguish torches and reignite them. I understand that you can break the torches and get it back, but I think this would be a cool feature and add a stronger sense of reality to the game.

Extinguishing the torch

To extinguish the torch, simply right-click (PC), LT (Xbox), or L1 (PS4) on the torch. This will cause the torch to stop emitting light, but it will still be on the wall. If you extinguish the torch with your hand, you take 1/2 a heart of damage. However, if you are holding an item in your hand, it will deal no damage to you. The reason for this is because of reality: if you place your hand on an open flame, wouldn't it burn you?

Reigniting the torch

To ignite the torch again, you would need a Flint and Steel or another lit torch. Once you have that, use the Flint and Steel/torch on the torch to reignite it. Using a lit torch on the extinguished one doesn't burn out the original lit torch.

This idea could be used for PvP games or lighting previously unlit torches (If naturally unlit torches were added.).
