Chain Connecting Entities to Iron Bars

Certain Humanoid Entities such as Players, Zombies, Skeletons etc could be right-clicked using the new chain block and this would act similar to that of the lead. Once right-clicked, the player could right-click again onto iron bars and this would chain them to this. It would be impossible to escape these Chains and would be very useful in Prison Minigames, Adventure Maps etc.  :)
