Re introduce 0-tick for chorus fruit ONLY

I for the most part agree that 0-tick farms were overpowered, and though the new bonemeal farms are faster, they require input. The input to output ratio was way off, except for the chorus fruit farms. It is much easier to make a normal chorus fruit farm than a 0-tick one, and the output is not that much more. The whole thing with new players not understanding 0-tick farms doesn't hold up here, as chorus plants are supposed to be weird and wacky. It could be a feature that pushing an endstone block really fast into a chorus flower makes it grow. 0-tick chorus fruit farms also aren't useful, and just a fun challenge to build. Even if it is not quite 0-ticking but a more complicated thing like dispensing an enderpearl into the endstone block it is on to make it grow. That is a fun challenege to try and make use of that mechanic, and not too overpowered at all.
