Better Block Destroying

When this idea is finally in Minecraft, then for the idea, take a stone block for a example. When mining the stone, it’s positive Y axis going down in scale of a block. In the middle of the stone block, there’ll be a cobblestone item. When the stone block Positive Y axis scale is lower then the cobblestone item, the cobblestone item will pop out, and the stone will stay how it is, like a slab, unless you keep mining it.
