Soulshoots - A Way to Craft Arrows in the Nether

Piglins often spawn with crossbows, and will attack you with arrows when approached without wearing gold armor. But without access to feathers, how do piglins craft these arrows? Enter a new plant, the soulshoot. Soulshoots are plants similar to sugarcane that would spawn naturally in the Soul Sand Valley, and occasionally on soul sand along the shores of the lava oceans. When broken, the shoots can be used in place of feathers to craft arrows, and can also be replanted onto soul sand or soul soil to be farmed. Unlike sugarcane, they don't need to be planted near a water source block (or even lava).

In addition to adding a bit of logical consistency to the game, this would also allow players to farm for arrows without needing to kill chickens, if they enjoy a more peaceful/humane playstyle.
