Soul lanterns, soul torches, etc will give off a unique status effect

When around soul fire, soul torches, soul lanterns and soul campfires, it should give the player a new kind of status effect that increases mob spawn rate (maybe excluding passive mobs?) so it could be more distinct than ordinary variants.
