Add a new block that allows high level to not melt blocks in a set radius. This new block cools the area prevent snow and ice from melting. I'm unsure how the development team will integrate this. However, having this will allow an old build style to have new life. It will be friendlier to players to build in the frozen build genre. This will breath new life into this style of build so it will regain popularity
