Warped/Crimson Roots/Sprouts Should Require Shears

I've noticed the Warmson (Warped/Crimson) Sproots (Roots/Sprouts)  tend to clog up your inventory when exploring the Nether. They behave almost just like over-world grass, except they have zero utility, and just take up space. Warmson Sproots become particularly irritating when you are trying to farm Warmson Fungus, and have to clear your farming space of Warmson Sproots, leading to more Unnecessary Inventory Management.

    it should be same with the overword grass and vines
