Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Gold Decorations and Iron Equivalents

With gold becoming more useful and apparent in the Nether Update, why not give it some more uses?

Gold could be crafted into the iron equivalents of decorations, such as gold bars and lanterns.  Gold could also be used to make other special items like gold minecarts or gold doors.  

More gold decorations would make sense given piglins love gold and would use it in their builds, plus it'd give us more opportunities to create new designs.

    Yes I love this idea. I was just looking at real places for building inspiration like Versailles Palace in France. The beautiful gold barred gates and fences, the gold on the windows and roofs. I think it would be innovative, to add on to this idea, I think adding gold leaf in the game to decorate certain blocks like calcite would be very cool, I imagine the gold in the crevasse’s of the block like Gilded Blackstone is. I think we should give more use to gold nuggets too and use them for gold teeth on both the skeleton skulls. Adding gold teeth should function in a crafting tier level similar to adding papers to zoom out on maps, the more gold you add, the more teeth are gold.
