Crying Obisidan Generates In Basalt Delta

Allowing the player to barter with or discover the crying obsidian alone would he an important feature as well as add how the piglins found it in the first place. Maybe making it so it spawns like glowstone on the ceiling of the basalt deltas would add some difficulty as well as make the biome slightly more eerie if it doesnt have any normal light sources besides the lava pools.
