Make Basalt Deltas more attractive

Basalt Delta is one of the most beautiful and rugged biomes in Minecraft, but the generation of these peaks is limited on the surface and some parts of the lava ocean. Make it more attractive by putting it under the roof or even a more rugged variant that generates basalt more often in the oceans as if they were icebergs making it out of the lava ocean puddles of lava due to the presence of these and basalt peaks (technically the same as in floor) on the ceiling giving the feeling of danger
