It would be either crimson mossy blackstone or warped mossy blackstone, because you should be able to make mossy blackstone with both nether vines.

Maybe even two kinds of mossy blackstone... one made with Twisting Vines and one made with Weeping Vines.

While I love this idea, It doesn't make sense that vegetation would creep its way down on one of the hottest blocks in the Nether, I beleive that the general gist is that the Warped and Nether Forest are slightly cooler and less dry than the Basalt Delta (where Blackstone forms) and so I just don't think it'd make sense.

Blackstone would be great for dark subterranean builds like dungeons but would need overworld-type mossy texture to add that damp, decayed, and murky feeling.

Maybe it could have red or blue vines instead of the green vines because there's three new weeping vine.

It shouldn't necessarily be mossy blackstone, but could be mossy blackstone bricks instead, only crafted by the player. No need for nether vines to get to close to the lava.

Moss wouldn't grow on  black stone because most moss types prefer cold, dark environments.

Everyone here is saying that the basalt deltas shouldn't have plant life, well I think hey should have some form of plant life (but disintegrated in a way). I think there should be weeping moss and twisted moss growing on blackstone, but almost disintegrated. There was another idea called ash pickles that I liked and that could be the other plant life as well. (Link)
