Potion of Unhealing

The potion of Unhealing would prevent players and mobs from regenerating health naturally and would (possibly) reduce the effectiveness of potions like healing and regeneration. The way to brew these potions would be to corrupt a potion of regeneration with a fermented spider eye, similar to how you use a fermented spider eye to turn a potion of healing into a potion of harming.
