An idea for a rare structure for the Nether, Exile Camps would be small groups of villagers forced to the Nether. The villagers would have slightly different trades for the Nether, and would be neutral to the player and afraid of all other mobs. They could have gold golems that guard them, which would be weaker than iron golems. They could also wear gold to avoid angering piglins, and possibly even trade with or cooperate with them, while still not being aligned with them. All other nether mobs should be hostile towards them, except striders.
They could also have a chance of spawning with cracked/broken nether portals which could lead to a zombie village on the other side.
As well as this, I think they should be afraid of lit nether portals and attempt to extinguish them, implying that they ran away from their old village.
Not very fleshed out but a I still think it's a cool idea.
