Potions of Re-Enchanting!
I was thinking that Illusioners can be added into survival, with one only spawning once per Woodland Mansion, and not appearing in raids. This would make them very rare, rarer than the Evoker. They could drop a special drop, which could be used by the player. I was thinking it could be some form of edible item or a potion, and I think the potion makes more sense. The Illusioner could drop 2-4 "Potion of Re-Enchanting"s, which, when drank, would give the player a status effect that would allow them to enchant an already enchanted item again. If they get the same enchantment again, it could stack like Sharpness IV and Sharpness IV combining to make Sharpness V, but if they cannot stack, like Protection IV and Protection IV, the item could be enchanted with another enchantment. The effect could expire after the player re-enchants the item, and similar to Bad Omen and Hero of the Village, it could last 1 hour by itself if the player does not re-enchant an item. If you are considering this, please make sure the effect does not expire after a player enchants an unenchanted item.
That's my idea for how Illusioners and re-enchanting can be added to survival Minecraft.
