improve stonecutter

I think that the stonecutter need to do more than just make stairs and slabs I think that if you put terracotta inside the stonecutter with a dye and a blade of some kind you'll be able to make custom blocks like banners have the loom to make custom banners we want to make custom block-shaped and a custom block lock like banners have and that will be good for more details in builds  

(I know that not like copy and paste the banners code but I know that needed)
