Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Gold lanterns

Please add gold lanterns, they would look just like the iron lanterns but have gold metal. They could be crafted the same way except with gold nuggets I stead of iron nuggets. Another use for gold!

    I think since gold isn’t near as useful as iron or diamonds, it would be cool if more gold cosmetic type things would be added, so you can spice up your world with gold. Good idea!

    They should also have "golden" lighting as well, so there's more light color options.

    I was thinking of the same idea. Now that copper lanterns and chains are getting added, I think it's the perfect opportunity.

    violet or blue gold lanterns would look amazing!
