Tweaking Ore mining mechanics

Iron and gold should behave more like mining diamonds, coal, redstone etc which yield drops instead of blocks, so picks with fortune gather more resources. For example, mining iron ore yields iron ore chunks/nuggets which have to smelted to become iron ingots. A normal pick will gather one chunk whereas a fortune three pick may gather 3-4. Ive been on mining trips with a fortune pick where i come back with more diamonds than iron just because of fortune.
