The Sub-Nether / Crying Obsidian Functionality

With the addition of crying obsidian, I have an idea for a new "dimension". 1 block traveled in the nether = 8 blocks traveled in the overworld. This is theoretically due to the nature of the Minecraft "planet". The nether is below the planet's surface, and this would explain the 8/1 block ratio that we currently see in Minecraft. Like with the Infinity Snapshot, crying obsidian can be used to create another portal, but this time, it would take you to the "Sub-Nether". This new dimension/nether biome should be called "hell" (the same name used to describe the original nether biome). So many ideas can be stemmed from this addition. For example, for every 1 block traveled in the "Sub-Nether" 12 blocks would be traveled in the overworld. 

I would love to see this idea implemented into this awesome nether update.

    Perhaps it would be like the old pre 1.16 nether, but less chaotic, with more basic terrain generation, and no nether ore types.

    Or maybe it could be something entirely different, like maybe they could add a nether boss that drops ancient debis or something super rare it would be a good way to level up faster and a challenge for the people who have completed the game several times, I mean if their gonna add this it would be a totally new world and most people would get bored if it were just the old nether before the new biomes
