Just like how Stone Bricks have the mossy variant, Blackstone Bricks and Nether Bricks should have a similar form of mossy brick. Considering they both originate in the nether, it would make the most sense for them to have both types of nylium covering them as a form of moss.

Basically, Warped Nylium Covered Nether Bricks, Crimson Nylium Covered Nether Bricks, Warped Nylium Covered Blackstone Bricks, and Crimson Nylium Covered Blackstone Bricks.
