Bane of phantoms/dream catcher enchantment

An enchantment that deals extra damage to phantoms on crossbows or a dream catcher enchantment on armor that stops phantoms from spawning

    The armour enchant is too OP but I'm game with everything else.

    But the Smite enchantment deals extra damage to Phantoms already; as well as other undead mobs.
