Shovels Affect Boat Speed

Each type of shovel alters the speed of the boat, with wood being the slowest and diamond being the fastest. Stone is the default current speed. Iron would be slightly faster, diamond would be notably faster, and wood would be slower in relation to stone. The different shovels also visually change the oars on the boat, I.e. iron shovels will make gray oars.
