Aqua Gravity Enchantment for Boots

When building or mining in water, it is very uncomfortable and slowing to wait for the player to slowly fall down. This makes aqua affinity not work very well.

The enchantment would be for boots and would have either 1 on 3 levels where each level would make the player sing down faster with the max level being essentially like on land.

The disadvantage would be slower swimming (up in the water) and this would be increasingly slower with higher level.

So essentially player trades swimming ability for Walking at the Bottom of the Ocean (New Achievement :D).

-not compatible with frost walker (walking on water vs walking below)

-found only as a book in pirate relater features such as ships, hidden treasures and drowned structures (not from enchant table)
