As I'm mostly a Java player I'm a bit jealous of the Bedrock Edition Wither Boss fight, since they are fundamentally different and the Bedrock Edition being the most difficult of them.
As Withers can be summoned by using Soul Sand or the upcoming Soul Soil why not add an option to summon a different type of Wither for example by using Obsidian or the upcoming Crying Obsidian instead of Soul Sand.
By using Soul Sand it will spawn the classic Java Wither and by using Obsidian you instead summon the Bedrock Wither which will drop better gear for dealing the final blow, alongside more experience.
All Withers should still drop a Nether Star.
By using an alternative summoning recipe most players wouldn't probably mind it, as nothing is really being removed, but a new thing is added for both versions. I still really like the Java Wither.
Using Obsidian came to my mind as it's one of the strongest obtainable blocks in the game and it will somehow convert this power to the summoned Wither.
I don't know if this will be read at all and I know that programming and bug testing a new Boss fight will take a lot of time, but it's just a suggestion for one of the more obvious differences between Java and Bedrock.
