Elytra dimension transportation

Allow there to be a type of enhanced or "enchanted" ender pearl that can be found in the end ship that either has a durability or a reasonable amount that can be found in the end ship along with the elytra. This item can be used whilst flying elytra and or on the ground normally just stand. This item LETS you teleport within or around 10 blocks of your most used nether portal (this would be personal to each player if on a multiplayer world). It can also be used to enter the end as well by taking you to the end spawning platform. Now we can have the elytra enchantment we all want and that is you can trade this new ender pearl with either a possible end dimension themed villager or craft it with a book to get the book enchantment of dimension hopper or dimension transfer.
