Essence Extractor - Netherite Item

I propose we add an end-game item to the game by using netherite to craft a brewing-stand-ish looking block called an "Essence Extractor."

Crafting Recipe: Same as brewing stand but netherite blocks (or ingots. I'll leave it to the devs) in place of cobblestone and a brewing stand in place of a blaze rod.

What does it do: Extracts the essence of lingering potions to give you a "concentrated" lump of your desired potion effect

Ideas about what you can do with these essences:

- Consume directly for a strong albeit fleeting effect.

- Brew higher intensity potions.

Ideas on how to brew essences:

- Upgrade a Master Cleric to an Alchemist by placing an Essence Extractor next to him, making it his new job block. The villager then unlocks the new trade of "Netherite Brewing Stand" (or come up with a catchier name) that can brew essences into higher intensity potions and also combine effects by using multiple essences. The brewing stand would be fueled by Dragon's Breaths.

- Or just add a crafting recipe to the brewing block variant.         ... (lame)

Shooting ideas here:

- In order to brew higher intensity potions, place an intensity II potion and add a Shroomlight to the Netherite Stand

- In order to make a splash potion, place an intensity II splash potion and add a Shroomlight. If you want to turn non-splash potions to splash, add gunpowder to normal brewing stand.

- Maybe the new Strider mob drops something that can be used only in a Netherite brewing stand? Lava-walking potion?
