Sticky and Fungus water

We all know that the bucket is used for many things,but not as much as the water bucket,in my opinion there should be a crafting receipe when combining a water bucket + Honey /Slime block , that should make 'sticky water' it will have the colour of the created block and would give a player slowness I but also regeneration. It would make a good reference to terraria as we know, standing in a honey puddle it regenerates health more quickly Now for the fungus, when combined with water it should be like those on top,be colored different than a normal water,but the water bucket could be placed in the nether,it will not create cobblestone when poured into lava, but netherrack instead.
