ore appears depending on difficulty level

in minecrfat ore appears with some propability.

but someone don't want to dig hours for one emerald, or some hardcore gamers can craft full diamond set with half of hour!

what if we link difficulty level and ore spawn propability? yup! everyone is hapy and digging in caves with cave update!

(yes, every difficulty affect on seed, and some number in seed is propability of spawn ores)

If this was added, it wouldn't affect pre-generated chunks, perhaps it could be in world generation settings.
