Hiding player block/item

With the new snapshot there is the new block the lodestone. Well what if their was a kinda opposite block that let a player hide where they are on the map. I think this would be great for people playing with other people, since it allows for everyone to be sneaky. I imagine at least a few people playing minecraft with others have at one point or another wanted to have a secret base or play a practical prank on a another player. So a item that would let you hide your marker on maps would be a fun addition to the game.
