small UAV light

The reason why i want to have this is because i hate how you can't make a somewhat futuristic lab or something with a small but bright light source that that can be placed on ceilings, walls and floors which is what this is.

The brightness is 1   14 and the size of it is a 6th of a block and a flat square shape witch is crafted with a crafting table and crafted using a lantern in the middle and nether quartz around it. it can be turned on and off manually by left clicking (or for consoles, the button to place blocks).
