1. Buff rewards for completing advancements.
In survival, completing the advancement, "Arbalistic", rewards you with around six levels if you have zero experience before completing the achievement. However, "How did we get here?", rewards around seven experience levels. There is no way that, "How did we get here?", is barely harder than, "Arbalistic", as the rewards seem to suggest.
All advancements should reward some amount of experience, with heavy hitters awarding a lot more than what they do right now.
2. Add more variety to advancements.
In my opinion, advancements are only being added in relation to whatever update theme is around at the time. For example, 1.15 just added advancements to do with bees. This is fine and should continue to happen, but it would be nice to just see some more originality with advancements in a while, maybe some randomness to add a fun and quirky challenge.
This isn't an advancement suggestion post, but here are just a very select few ideas to bring home the randomness and quirkiness.
Example One: Fall from 4500 blocks and survive. Yes, this is possible with a lot of preparation. Use hay bales, a potion of turtle master, an enchanted golden apple, protection IV armour, feather falling IV boots and elytra with rockets to reach the height and you'll be able to complete the advancement fairly easy.
Example Two: Fill 54 Shulker boxes, then fill a double chest with all those Shulker boxes. Again, it's just random; a fun and quirky challenge.
